Our buckwheat is grown on spacious fields in the territory of Gauja National Park, Latvia. The park maintains a natural environment for flora and fauna. All 200 hectares of bio-farm are located tens of kilometres from industrial production.

The box is supplemented by a picture which, upon our commission, was created by a Latvian artist who depicted authentic Latvian environment. This makes the product

On the package there is a QR code to trace the recipes and images of dishes offered by the chef of an elite restaurant.
